- Educate customers on insurance products and services
- Assist with policy applications, changes, and renewals
- Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and care
- Maintain accurate records and follow established processes
- Support agency growth through meaningful customer interactions
🎯 What You Bring:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly, customer‑focused mindset
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Prior experience in customer service or sales (preferred but not required)
- Currently licensed candidates preferred, insurance licensing will be required
